摘要
培训与开发课程作为人力资源管理专业的核心课程,具有较强的实践性和应用性。课程以应用型人才培养为目标,对标“金课”建设要求,融合OBE教育理念和PDCA循环管理理念构建课程教学模式,以持续提升学生的学习效能和教师的教学效能。教学模式分为计划、实施、检查、调整四个环节,在重设教学目标、优化教学内容、运用教学手段、改革考核评价等方面进行了教学实践改革,并取得一定成效。课程改革和建设特色主要体现为协同育人的课程思政、双链对接的产教融合和多元高效的教学方法。
As the core course of Human Resource Management major,the Training and Development course is highly practical and applicable.The course aims at the cultivation of application-oriented talents,benchmarks the requirements of“Golden Lessons”construction and integrates the OBE educational theory and the PDCA circular management concept to build a course teaching model to continuously improve students’learning efficiency and teachers’teaching efficiency.The teaching model is composed of the four links of planning,implementation,inspection and adjustment,and a series of teaching practice reforms have been carried out in terms of resetting teaching objectives,optimizing teaching content,adopting teaching methods and reforming assessment and evaluation.Some achievements have been obtained as a result of the teaching reform.The characteristics of the course reform and construction are mainly reflected in the collaborative education of ideological and political theories in the course,the double-chained integration of industry and education and the diversified and efficient teaching methods.
