基于STM32的危险源预警系统设计

摘要 为了实现化工园区危险源的有效监测和预警,设计了一套基于STM32的危险源实时预警系统。该系统以STM32作为核心控制器,扩展了气体传感器阵列,利用ZigBee无线通讯技术实现厂区多点数据的无线采集,利用4G物联网技术将数据上传到云端服务器数据库。在远程监测端利用LabVIEW软件设计一套虚拟监控平台,能够从云端获取数据,并嵌入主成分分析等智能算法,实现危险源的分类判别。系统测试结果表明,ZigBee终端节点布置灵活、通讯可靠,4G传输高效稳定,LabVIEW云端的智能预警平台能够识别危险源类型,保障化工园区安全运行。 To realize the effective monitoring and early warning of hazard sources in chemical industry park,a set of realtime early warning system of hazard sources based on STM32 is designed in this paper.In this system, STM32 is taken as the core controller,the gas sensor array is used to collect field data.Wireless communication technology ZigBee is adopted to realize the wireless acquisition of multi-point data in the plant,and Internet of Things technology 4G is utilized to upload the data to the cloud.At the remote monitoring end,to realize the classification and discrimination of hazard sources,a set of virtual monitoring platform is designed by using LabVIEW software,which can obtain data from the cloud and embed intelligent algorithms such as principal component analysis.
