摘要
讨论了变电站蓄电池实现远程维护中心进行充放电的现实需求和基于调度自动化系统实现的可能性;提出了实现的技术方案,概括了技术方案的特点。
This paper discusses the practical needs of substation batteries to realize charging and discharging in remote maintenance centers and the possibility of implementation based on dispatching automation systems.The technical solution for implementation is presented,and the characteristics of the technical solution are summarized.
