Comprehensive Application of BIM Technology in an Office Building Project

本文以某办公楼项目为基础的研究背景,利用Revit技术以及Navisworks软件平台,就项目整体的协同设计、三维可视化动态技术交底、脚手架方案模拟计算、复杂钢筋的优化设计以及模型染和模板完善设计等方面的项目设计,系统性叙述了BIM技术在该办公楼项目中的具体应用。同时针对办公楼项目中应用BIM技术后的经济效益进行深入分析。

Based on the research background of an office building project,using Revit technology and NavisWorks software platform,this paper systematically describes the specific application of BIM Technology in the office building project in terms of the overall collaborative design of the project,three-dimensional visual dynamic technical disclosure,scaffold scheme simulation calculation,optimization design of complex reinforcement,model rendering and template perfection design.At the same time,the economic benefits of the application of BIM Technology in the office building project are analyzed in depth.
