摘要
铝合金半连续铸造循环冷却水缺乏管理会对铸造工艺、设备和环境造成不良影响。通过对循环冷却水冷却原理和水质参数的分析,确定了水质指标和控制方式,从而减少了铸锭缺陷、节约了水资源、遏制了军团菌。研究结果表明:合适的水处理方案和稳定的水质参数监控,能提高铝合金铸造成品率和降低生产成本。
In the process of the aluminum alloy semi-continuous casting,the lack of management of circulating cooling water will bring adverse effects on the casting process,equipment and environment.The water quality indicators and control methods were determined through the analysis of the cooling principle and water quality parameters of the circulating ceding water,so as to reduce the scrap of ingots,save water resources and curb Legionella.The research shows that proper water treatment scheme and stable water quality parameter monitoring can improve the casting yield and reduce the production cost.
