摘要
热连轧生产的5052铝合金带材表面常出现起皮缺陷。采用表面质量检测仪对缺陷位置、形貌进行跟踪检测,并用扫描电镜分析典型缺陷。结果表明:5052铝合金带材起皮的主要表现形式有长条状起皮、点状起皮和大块状起皮。起皮主要是生产过程中的机械损伤以及Mg偏析造成的。通过减少带材与设备的直接接触,调整铸锭的加热温度和时间来减少Mg的析出等措施,消除了带材表面起皮缺陷。
Peeling defects often appear on the surface of 5052 aluminum alloy strip produced by hot tandem rolling. According to the defect position and morphology tracked by the surface quality detector and the typical defects analyzed by the scanning electron microscope, it is concluded that main forms of 5052 aluminum strip peeling are stripe, point and large block.The major reason for peeling is mechanical damage and Mg segregation in the process of production. By reducing the direct contact between the strip and equipment and adjusting the heating temperature and time of the ingot to reduce Mg segregation, the peeling defect of the strip surface is eliminated.
