摘要
采用腐蚀深度法和质量损失法分别对6×××系铝合金的晶间腐蚀敏感性进行评价,并借助金相显微镜和扫描电镜对晶间腐蚀形貌和腐蚀产物进行观察和分析,从而选择适宜的晶间腐蚀评价方法。结果表明:6×××系铝合金具有一定的晶间腐蚀敏感性,其评价方法宜选择腐蚀深度法,腐蚀溶液为57gNaCl+10mLH_(2)O_(2)/1000m L H_(2)O,腐蚀温度为30℃,时间为24h。
The sensitivity of intergranular corrosion of 6××× series aluminum alloys was evaluated by using the corrosion depth method and the mass loss method,respectively.The intergranular corrosion morphology and corrosion products were observed and analyzed by means of metallographic microscope and scanning electron microscope,so as to select the appropriate evaluation method of intergranular corrosion.The research results show that 6××× series aluminum alloy has a certain sensitivity of intergranular corrosion,and the corrosion depth estimation method should be selected,with test solution of 57 g NaCl+10 mL H_(2)O_(2)/1000 mL H_(2)O,and corrosion temperature 30℃for 24 h.
