参芪扶正丸联合穴位注射对乳腺癌化疗后骨髓抑制的预防效果及对细胞免疫的影响

Preventive Effect of Shenqi Fuzheng Pills Combined with Point Injection on Myelosuppression After Breast Cancer Chemotherapy and Its Effect on Cellular Immunity

目的:观察参芪扶正丸联合穴位注射对乳腺癌化疗后骨髓抑制的预防效果及对细胞免疫的影响。方法:选取98例乳腺癌患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各49例。对照组给予TC化疗方案(多西他赛+注射用环磷酰胺)治疗,21 d为1个周期,共化疗4个周期。观察组在对照组基础上给予参芪扶正丸联合穴位注射治疗,连续用药至化疗结束。比较2组化疗后骨髓抑制发生率,观察2组化疗前后外周血细胞、T淋巴细胞亚群、功能活动状态和生活质量的变化。结果:观察组化疗后骨髓抑制发生率24.49%,低于对照组46.94%(P<0.05)。化疗后,2组血红蛋白(Hb)、白细胞计数(WBC)、血小板计数(BPC)均较化疗前降低,观察组Hb、WBC、BPC均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。化疗后,2组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)水平均较化疗前降低,观察组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)水平均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。化疗后,2组卡氏评分(KPS)、健康调查简表(SF-36)评分均较化疗前降低,观察组KPS、SF-36评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:参芪扶正丸联合穴位注射能有效预防乳腺癌化疗后骨髓抑制,并能提高患者的细胞免疫功能,改善其功能活动状态及生活质量。

Objective:To observe the preventive effect of the therapy of Shenqi Fuzheng pills combined with point injection on myelosuppression after breast cancer chemotherapy and its effect on cellular immunity.Methods:A total of 98 patients with breast cancer were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with TC chemotherapy plan,including docetaxel and cyclophosphamide for injection,and was treated for four cycles,21 days being a cycle.The observation group was additionally treated with Shenqi Fuzheng pills combined with point injection based on the treatment of the control group,continuously treated until the end of the chemotherapy.The incidence of myelosuppression after chemotherapy was compared between the two groups.Before and after chemotherapy,the changes of peripheral blood cells,T lymphocyte subsets,states of functional activities and quality of life were observed in the two groups.Results:After chemotherapy,the incidence of myelosuppression was 24.49%in the observation group,lower than that of 46.94%in the control group(P<0.05).After chemotherapy,the levels of hemoglobin(Hb),white blood count(WBC)and blood platelet count(BPC)in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before chemotherapy,and the above three levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).After chemotherapy,the levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD8^(+)in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before chemotherapy,and the above three levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).After chemotherapy,the scores of Karnofsky Performance Scale(KPS)and Short Form-36(SF-36)in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before chemotherapy,and the above two scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Shenqi Fuzheng pills combined with point injection can effectively prevent the myelosuppression after breast cancer chemotherapy,enhance the cellular immune function of patients,and improve their functional activities and quality of life.
