庆安县地下水压采实践与探讨

Practice and Discussion on Groundwater Pressure Mining in Qing′an County

通过对黑龙江省绥化市庆安县2015-2020年水资源数据的收集及分析,结合庆安县的实际情况,庆安县地下水开发利用量严重超过国家对地方县的标准。庆安县为地下水超载区,应对庆安县进行地下水压采,合理调整产业用水结构。从农业、工业、居民生活、减少污水排放等方面采取措施,从而减少地下水资源的开发利用量,实现水资源的可持续利用。

Based on the collection and analysis of water resources data from 2015 to 2020 in Qing′an County, Suihua, Heilongjiang, and the actual situation in Qing′an County, the exploitation and utilization of groundwater in Qing′an County seriously exceeds the national standard for local counties. Qing′an County is a groundwater overload area, Qing′an County should be groundwater pressure mining, reasonable adjustment of industrial water structure. In order to reduce the exploitation and utilization of groundwater resources and realize the sustainable utilization of water resources, measures are taken in agriculture, industry, living and sewage discharge reduction.
