摘要
以信阳光山县黄涂湾村龚冲王光复宅为实验对象,通过对其夏季和冬季典型日室内热环境的实测、模拟及分析得出豫南山地传统砖木民居室内热环境现状,以此为基础从建筑空间布局、窗墙比、围护结构热工性能、室内通风等方面提出被动式优化策略,并模拟验证优化设计策略效果,对豫南传统砖木民居改造提出了具有针对性的方案和建议。
Taking Wang Guangfu residence in Gongchong,Huangtuwan village,Guangshan County,Xinyang as the experimental object,and through the measurement,simulation,and analysis of its typical indoor thermal environment in summer and winter,this paper studied the current situation of the indoor thermal environment of traditional brick and wood dwellings in the mountainous area of Southern Henan Province,and proposed the passive optimization strategy from the aspects of building space layout,window wall ratio,thermal performance of enclosure structure,and indoor ventilation.The results of the optimization design strategy were then verified by simulation,and the targeted schemes and suggestions for the transformation of traditional brick and wood dwellings in southern Henan were proposed.
