核输出蛋白抑制剂的抗病毒作用研究进展

摘要 核输出蛋白(CRM1)是一种相对分子质量为120 kDa的蛋白质,参与大分子蛋白的核输出过程。本文从CRM1的结构及功能出发介绍了该蛋白在货物蛋白或核酸的核输出过程中的作用,以及在多种病毒感染宿主、病毒复制与成熟过程中扮演重要的角色。同时,还介绍了核输出蛋白抑制剂对CRM1功能的抑制作用中所展现出的抗病毒复制与组装、阻止病毒成熟、降低病毒对宿主的感染的作用与机制。提出了CRM1具有作为抗病毒复制的细胞靶标开发潜力,为新型抗病毒药物的开发提供了参考价值。 Nuclear export protein(CRM1) is a protein with a relative molecular weight of 120 kDa, which participates in the nuclear export process of macromolecular proteins. Based on the structure and function of CRM1, this paper introduces the role of the CRM1 protein in the nuclear export of cargo protein or nucleic acid, as well as its important role in the infection of host, virus replication and maturation. At the same time, the antiviral replication and assembly of nuclear export protein inhibitors in the inhibition of CRM1 function, preventing virus maturation and reducing virus infection to the host arealso introduced. It is proposed that CRM1 has the development potential as a cell target for antiviral replication, which provides reference for the development of new antiviral drugs.
