发动机电器部件隔热技术方案应用研究

摘要 发动机上布置在排气管、增压器附近的电器部件,存在烤坏风险,需要增加隔热材料防护。本文首先介绍了电器件常用隔热产品,像铝箔波纹管、铝箔聚酯棉等,利用铝箔材料的高反射率,将热量反射出去,降低电器件表面温度。经实验证明,对于重型产品,电器件尽量布置远离增压器250mm以上;无布置空间时,发动机发热部件和周围电器件需要增加隔热防护。铝箔产品表面喷漆后,无法进行热反射,隔热失去作用,发动机上的铝箔产品,不能喷漆。 The electrical components on the engine that are arranged near the exhaust pipe and turbocharger are at risk of being burnt out and need to be protected by thermal insulation materials.This paper firstly intro-duces the commonly used thermal insulation products for electrical devices,such as aluminum foil bellows,aluminum foil polyester cotton,etc.,which use the high reflectivity of aluminum foil materials to reflect heat and reduce the surface temperature of electrical devices.Experiments have proved that for heavy engine products,electrical parts should be arranged as far as possible away from the supercharger more than 250mm;When there is no layout space,heat insulation protection should be added to the engine heating parts and surrounding elec-trical components.After the surface of aluminum foil products is painted,heat reflection cannot be carried out and heat insulation loses its effect.Aluminum foil products on the engine cannot be painted.
