摘要
侧推装置是船舶操纵控制的重要设备,在离靠码头、进出狭水道及动力定位作业时,其与车、舵系统配合使用,能大大提高船舶运动控制的灵活性和可靠性,现实中运用广泛。文章针对某型拖船侧推装置一起典型电气系统故障,运用系统方法分别从硬件和软件方面排查可疑故障点。基于故障现象及装备使用经验,由浅入深,综合分析推断,提出了增加耐受电流、减小启动负载、增大启动转矩、延长启动时间四种解决方案。对四种解决方案进行多维度分析、比对和验证,快速决策出便捷、安全可靠的修复方案修复故障。
The side thruster is an important equipment for ship control,which can be used in conjunction with the vehicle and rudder system when the ship is away from the dock,in and out of the narrow channel and in the power positioning operation.It can greatly improve the flexibility and reliability of ship motion control,and widely used in reality.In view of a typical electrical system fault of a tugboat side-pushing device,the paper investigates the suspicious fault points from hardware and software aspects by using the system method.Based on the fault phenomena and equipment experience,four solutions are proposed,which are increasing the withstand current,decreasing the starting load,increasing the starting torque and prolonging the starting time.Through multi-dimensional analysis,comparison and verification of the four solutions,a convenient,safe and reliable repair plan can be quickly made to repair the fault.
