摘要
本文主要是研究热变形加热温度对GCr15SiMn渗碳体组织演变及硬度的影响,分别研究了在保温时间为100s的情况下,不同加热温度:780℃、810℃、840℃和870℃对GCr15SiMn钢残余碳化物的影响。通过对实验方法处理后所得到的试样进行显微组织分析,可知,当保温时间为100s时,随着加热温度在780℃、810℃、840℃和870℃之间的增加,实验试样的马氏体组织含量增加,珠光体组织含量降低,且实验试样显微硬度提高,而当加热温度到达840℃的时候,实验试样的显微硬度急剧升高,此时试样中的碳化物溶解更充分,奥氏体化程度更高。
In this paper,the effect of heat deformation heating temperature on the microstructure evolution and hardness of GCr15SiMn cementite was studied,and the effects of different heating temperatures:780°C,810°C,840°C and 870°C on the residual carbides of GCr15SiMn steel were studied under the condition of holding time of 100s,respectively.Through microstructure analysis of the sample obtained after treatment by experimental methods,it can be seen that when the holding time is 100s,with the increase of the heating temperature between780°C,810°C,840°C and 870°C,the martensitic tissue content of the experimental specimen increases,the pearlesite tissue content decreases,and the microhardness of the experimental specimen increases,and when the heating temperature reaches 840°C,the microhardness of the experimental specimen increases sharply,and the carbide in the specimen dissolves more fully at this time.The degree of austenitization is higher.
