摘要 本文以某四缸柴油机连杆为研究对象,依据设计图纸对连杆进行了合理简化,利用CATIA软件建立了连杆的三维实体模型;比较了不同网格划分精度对有限元模态分析结果的影响;选择合适大小的网格对连杆进行了自由模态分析,得出其前四阶固有频率和振型,为连杆后续结构强度分析提供参考。 This paper takes the connecting rod of a four-cylinder diesel engine as the research object,simplifies the connecting rod reasonably according to the design drawing,and establishes the three-dimensional solid model of the connecting rod by using CATIA software.The effects of different meshing precision on finite element modal analysis results are compared.The free modal analysis of the connecting rod was carried out by selecting the appropriate mesh size,and the first four natural frequencies and modes were obtained,which provided reference for the subsequent structural strength analysis of the connecting rod.
