家庭参与式运营决策管理模式在老年急性心肌梗死PCI术后患者中的应用效果

Effects of family participatory operation decision-making management model in elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction after percutaneous coronary intervention

目的探讨家庭参与式运营决策管理模式在老年急性心肌梗死经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)术后患者中的应用效果。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2020年1月—2021年6月在无锡市人民医行PCI的80例老年急性心肌梗死患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组,各40例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予家庭参与式运营决策管理模式。分别于出院当日、出院后6个月采用12条简明健康状况调查问卷(SF-12)、疾病家庭负担量表(FBS)比较两组患者的生活质量、家庭负担水平。结果干预后,观察组患者SF-12评分高于对照组,FBS评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论家庭参与式运营决策管理模式能够降低老年急性心肌梗死PCI术后患者的疾病家庭负担水平,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of family participatory operation decision-making management model in elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods From January 2020 to June 2021,80 elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction treated by PCI in the Wuxi People's Hospital were selected by convenience sampling as the research object.The patients were divided into the observation group and the control group by random number table method,40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group received the family participatory operation decision-making management model on this basis.The Medical Outcomes Study 12-item Short-form Health Survey(SF-12)and the Family Burden of Disease Scale(FBS)were used to compare the quality of life and family burden of the two groups on the day of discharge and six months after discharge.Results After intervention,the SF-12 score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the FBS score was lower than that in the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusions The family participatory operation decision-making management model can reduce the disease family burden in elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction after PCI,and improve the quality of life of the patients.
