充填混凝土防水板铺挂技术及装备研究 被引量:1

摘要 为有效避免隧道因防水板铺挂不规范、漏焊、焊穿、防水板损坏等原因造成二次衬砌背面空洞、衬砌厚度不匀、渗漏水等质量缺陷,本文提出充填混凝土防水板铺挂新技术。防水板直接铺设在充填混凝土防水板铺挂台车外表面,再向防水板和喷混凝土间的空隙灌注混凝土,进而将防水板粘接在混凝土表面。采用新工艺铺设的防水板平整、均匀、背后无空洞。同时,配套研制了充填混凝土防水板铺挂台车,能够实现防水板自动铺挂和焊接,并为防水板背后充填混凝土提供模具,可有效提高隧道二衬防水质量,具有较大的应用推广价值。 In order to avoid the quality defects(such as cavity behind the secondary lining, the uneven of concrete thickness and water leakage) in the tunnel, which are caused by some reasons, i.e., non-standard paving of waterproof board, leakage welding, welding penetration and damage of waterproof board, a new technology of the paving waterproof board was suggested in this paper. The waterproof board will be directly laid on the external surface of the paving trolley, followed by the filling concrete into the gaps between the board and sprayed concrete layer. Hence, the waterproof board will be strong bonded to on the concrete surface. The waterproof board laid by the new process is flat, uniform and no small gaps behind the board. Meanwhile, automatic paving and welding of waterproof board is completed by the paving trolley, which is specially developed for realizing the above process and providing a mold for the filling concrete. This new technology will make waterproof quality of tunnel secondary lining improved effectively. It is worthy of application and promotion.
