无通航条件连续三跨下承式系杆拱桥拱肋安装技术

摘要 结合石浦大桥无通航条件下连续三跨下承式系杆拱桥拱肋安装施工,针对设计要求、施工工艺、无浮吊及陆地吊装条件,并根据桥梁下部结构施工方案,采用穿巷式龙门吊进行拱肋和风撑构件安装;由总体规划划分节段,通过几何解析+平衡方程计算节段安装反力,并基于MIDAS CIVIL进行拼拱支架受力分析;采用“先梁后腿”逆作法解决特殊环境下龙门吊高空安装难题,采用和贝雷梁相结合的扣轨装置解决龙门吊轨道基础安全问题;对内法兰接头连接合龙方式、拱肋线形控制、预埋索套管施工重要环节制定技术方案。 In combination with the installation and construction of the arch ribs of a continuous three-span through tied arch bridge under no-navigation conditions, according to the design requirements, construction technology, no floating crane and land hoisting conditions, and based on the construction scheme of the bridge substructure, the tunnel gantry crane is used for installation of arch rib and wind bracing members;the segments are divided from the overall plan, the reaction force of the segment installation is calculated through geometric analysis+balance equation, and MIDAS CIVIL to is applied to carry out the force check calculation of the arch bracket;the reverse method of “first beam and second leg” is used to solve the high-altitude installation problem of the gantry crane in a special environment, the adoption of rail buckle device combined with Bailey beam solves the basic safety problem of gantry crane track foundation;the technical measures are developed for the important construction links of the inner flange joint connection and closing method, arch rib line shape control, and embedded cable casing.
