运营铁路隧道引水洞爆破振速控制关键技术研究 被引量:4

摘要 西成客专小安隧道已开通运营,由于水害影响需新增小间距引水洞进行引排水。为消除或降低引水洞开挖爆破振动效应对运营隧道的危害及影响,保证铁路运营安全,同时满足振动速度控制标准2.5 cm/s要求,本文研究爆破开挖振速综合控制技术。实践证明,在采用光面爆破设计基础上,应用数码电子雷管并融合具有降振作用的水压爆破技术、增设减振孔等一系列技术措施,不仅使爆破振速满足要求以确保铁路隧道运营安全,同时满足了每循环最大开挖进尺,保证了引水洞工程优质如期完成。 The Xiao’an Tunnel of Xi’an-Chengdu High-speed Railway has been put into operation.Due to the impact of water damage,it is necessary to add a small distance water diversion tunnel for drainage.In this paper,the comprehensive control technology of blasting excavation vibration speed is studied for eliminating or reducing the harm and influence of the blasting vibration effect of diversion tunnel excavation on the operating tunnel,ensuring the safety of railway operation and meeting the requirements of the vibration speed control standard of 2.5 cm/s.Practice has proved that based on the design of smooth blasting,a series of technical measures are taken,such as the application of digital electronic detonators integrating the hydraulic blasting technology with vibration reduction effect,and adding damping hole,not only make the blasting vibration velocity meet the requirements to ensure the safety of railway tunnel operation,but also satisfy the maximum excavation footage per cycle,and ensure the high-quality and timely completion of the diversion tunnel project.
