摘要 为研究整体液压台车在陡坡斜井施工中的受力特征,依托某实际工程,采用Autodesk软件建立三维有限元模型,分析步履式整体液压台车在斜井段混凝土浇筑过程中受力情况;基于分析结果,进行台车施工阶段的强度及稳定性检算,以确定其在满足施工需求前提下的最大承载能力;针对台车在斜井段存在的下滑问题,进行最不利工况下轨道锚固钢筋抗下滑验算。整体液压台车在陡坡斜井工程的成功应用,验证了计算分析方法的有效性及实用性,也对类似工程有一定参考与借鉴意义。 This study aims to investigate the mechanics characteristic of the integrated hydraulic tunnel formwork system(IHTFS) in constructing an inclined shaft with a steep slope. A three-dimensional finite element model is established for a practical project using Autodesk software. The mechanics characteristic of the IHTFS in concrete pouring at an inclined shaft with a steep slope is analyzed. Based on the analysis, the strength and stability of the IHTFS in the construction stage are calculated, and its maximum bearing capacity on the premise of meeting the construction needs is determined. Finally, aiming at the sliding problem of the trolley on the slope track, the anti-sliding ability of the track-anchor-reinforcement under the most unfavorable working conditions is verified. The successful application of the IHTFS in the inclined shaft with a steep slope proves the effectiveness and practicality of the calculation and analysis method, and it also has specific reference significance for similar projects.
