快捷货运电力机车顶层指标设计及与货车一体化设计匹配技术研究

摘要 在我国轨道交通货运快速发展,铁路快捷货运需求不断提高的背景下,迫切要求开展快捷货运牵引装备技术研究,以提升铁路快捷货物运输技术水平,满足日益增长的社会市场需求。本文针对国内快捷货运电力机车主要性能技术指标需求,提出以HXD1D型电力机车为技术平台的快捷货运电力机车系统集成方案,对其牵引能力符合性进行了论证分析,并以满足快捷货物运输的便捷性、时效性、平稳性、智能化及信息化的需求为目标,从电能供给、钩缓系统、信息通信及状态监测等方面,详细阐述了满足机车与货车一体化设计的匹配技术方案。 In the context of the rapid development of rail transit freight and the increasing demand for rapid rail freight in China,it is urgent to carry out the research on traction equipment technology for rapid freight to improve the technical level of rapid rail freight transportation and meet the growing social market demand.With respect to the requirements for main technical performance indexes of domestic rapid freight electric locomotives,this paper proposes a system integration scheme for rapid freight electric locomotives based on HXD1D electric locomotive as a technical platform,demonstrates and analyzes the conformity of its traction capacity,and elaborates the matching technology scheme for the integrated locomotive and freight car design from the aspects of electricity supply,coupler and draft gear system,information communication,condition monitoring,etc.with the purpose to meet the convenience,timeliness,stability,intelligence,and informatization demands of rapid freight transportation.
