肛周坏死性筋膜炎并感染性休克12例诊治体会

The Experience from Diagnosis&Treatment of 12 Patients with Perianal Necrotizing Fascilitis Complicated with Infectious Shock

目的:研究肛周坏死性筋膜炎并感染性休克患者急诊急救联合诊治效果。方法:12例患者手术治疗后均出现较严重的感染性休克表现,均经积极抗休克治疗,部分经ICU急救抢救。结果:12例患者经多学科联合诊治,均取得成功。结论:对肛周坏死性筋膜炎患者应准确的早期诊断、及时手术治疗,以挽救患者的生命。

Objective To investigate the emergency-first aid combined diagnosis&treatment efficacy on perianal necrotizing fascilitis(PNF)complicated with infectious shock(IS).Methods The 12 cases met above condition treated in author’s hospital,i.e they all received surgery,afterward suffered from severe IS,then were treated with antishock therapy,some with ICU first air.Results The 12 patients were all treated successfully.Conclusion For PNF patients it should be to early accurately diagnose,timely surgical treat them,so that save their life.
