断层超声成像评价产后肛提肌撕脱对患者康复效果的影响

The Impact of Puerperal Evulsion of Levator Ani Muscle on Patients’Rehabilitation:The Evaluation by Ultrasonic Tomography

目的:探讨断层超声成像评价产后肛提肌撕脱对患者康复效果的影响。方法:将72例产后肛提肌撕脱患者随机分为功能锻炼组和康复治疗组,每组36例。均施以断层超声成像检查,评价产后康复效果。结果:康复治疗组盆腔器官脱垂定量分度法(POP-Q)改善率为97.22%,明显高于功能锻炼组的77.78%(P<0.05);康复治疗组不同状态下肛提肌撕脱超声参数均优于功能锻炼组(P<0.05)。结论:对产后肛提肌撕脱患者采用康复治疗可加快损伤组织修复,改善盆腔器官脱垂问题,而断层超声成像检查可起到客观且准确评估的效果,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the impact of puerperal evulsion of levator ani muscle(LAM)on patients’rehabilitution evaluated by ultrasonic tomotraphy(UT).Methods Randomly divided 72patients suffered from puerperal evulsion of LAM in author’s hospital into function exercise group(36cases)and rehabilitation treatment group(36cases),both groups’patients were inspected with UT,so evaluated their puerperal rehabilitation outcome.Results In the improvement rate by POP-Q,the latter was significantly higher than the former(97.22%vs 77.78%,P<0.05);in the relevant ultrasound parameters of puerperal evulsion of LAM at different situations the latter was superior to the former(P<0.05).Conclusion The rehabilitation therapy for puerperal evulsion of LAM can accelerate traumatic tissue repaired,and improve pelvic organ prolapse;And,UT inspection can arrive the efficacy of accurately evaluating relevant status,thus is worth to be popularized to used clinically.
