高职院校新型青年职业农民培育路径探析

在推动乡村振兴的过程当中,新型青年职业农民是最为基础的主体之一,高职院校在这个大背景之下肩上所承担的责任是重大的。通过相关的技术指导及技能培训,在为乡村振兴建设培养人才的同时,又可以达到对高职院校教育改革进行促进的目的。该文首先阐述高职院校参与新型青年职业农民培育的重要性;然后就如何对高职院校新型青年职业农民培育路径进行选择做一系列探讨。

In the process of promoting rural revitalization,the new type of young professional farmers is one of the most basic subjects,and the responsibility borne by vocational colleges in this context is significant.Through the relevant technical guidance and skills training,the revitalization and construction of the incumbent countryside can not only help train talents,but it can also achieve the purpose of promoting the educational reform of vocational colleges.This paper first expounds the importance of vocational colleges participating in the cultivation of new young professional farmers,and then makes a series of discussions on how to choose the training path of new young professional farmers in vocational colleges.
