高职院校助力乡村振兴人才培养模式研究

高职院校是高素质技能人才培养的重要基地,高职院校有责任,有义务完善人才培养方案,确立人才培养目标,这样才会对高职院校学生今后学习和成长有着较为重要的推动和促进作用。为不断提高高职院校学生的综合学习能力和实践能力,该文从几方面进行人才培养模式的探索,不断加强对乡村振兴战略的重视力度,以促使高职院校学生全面健康发展,也为高职院校人才培养提供参考借鉴。
