新时代乡村法治文化建设研究

法治文化是法治的内在核心,是法治社会的重要精神支柱和内在发展动力,新时期大力加强乡村法治文化建设,既是全面推进依法治国的重要基础,又是深化构建和谐社会的内在要求,还是推动乡村全面振兴的有力保障。经过多年不懈努力,我国在法治文化建设方面取得了显著成就,但乡村法治文化建设仍然存在一些亟待解决的问题,在一定程度上制约着乡村经济和社会的全面发展。因此,要实现法治乡村建设的目标,必须按照乡村振兴战略的总要求,从整体上推进法治乡村建设的进程,促进乡村建设民主化、法治化、规范化,从而加快助推乡村全面振兴。

The culture of the rule of law is the internal core of the rule of law,an important spiritual pillar and internal driving force of the rule of law society.Strengthening the construction of the culture of the rule of law in the countryside in the new period is not only an important foundation for comprehensively promoting the rule of law,but also the inherent requirement of deepening the construction of a harmonious society,and a powerful guarantee for promoting the all-round revitalization of the countryside.Through years of unremitting efforts,China has made remarkable achievements in the construction of the culture of the rule of law,but there are still some problems to be solved in the construction of the culture of the rule of law in the countryside,which restricts the all-round development of the rural economy and society to a certain extent.Therefore,in order to achieve the goal of rural construction under the rule of law,we must,in accordance with the general requirements of the strategy of rural revitalization,promote the process of rural construction under the rule of law as a whole,and promote the democratization,legalization and standardization of rural construction,so as to accelerate the overall prosperity of rural areas.
