摘要
目前国内地铁车辆转向架的种类繁多,各主机厂都在进行平台化、模块化技术研究。由于存在多个国内外牵引电机、齿轮箱供货商,且牵引电机、齿轮箱的性能参数和接口尺寸完全不同,导致地铁车辆转向架构架的结构设计无法实现模块化设计,且易损易耗件种类繁多。针对这些问题,通过系列化中国标准地铁列车项目转向架的研发工作,已经完成驱动装置模块化平台的搭建。新驱动装置平台模块不仅解决了同一技术平台的性能参数和接口统型,也确保了与其他平台之间的互换性,对检修必换件、易损易耗件等进行通用化设计,减少了备品备件种类。这些工作对国内城市轨道交通车辆的发展有着积极贡献。
At present, there are many kinds of metro vehicle bogies in China, and various manufactures are carrying out platform and modular technology research. As there are many suppliers of traction motor and gear box in China and the performance parameters and interface sizes of traction motors and gear box are totally different, the structure design of the bogie frame of metro vehicles can’ t be modularized and there are many kinds of vulnerable and consumable parts. In response to these problems, the modular platform of driving device has been built through the research and development of bogies in China standard metro train project. The new platform module of driving device not only solves the model-unifying of performance parameters and interface of the same technical platform, but also ensures the interchangeability with other platforms. The universal design of parts that must be replaced for maintenance and vulnerable and consumable parts can reduce the types of spare parts. These works can make positive contributions to the development of domestic urban rail transit vehicles.
