摘要
动车组单车调试是保证车辆编组之后可以安全高效运行的重要前提。本文结合国内某机车厂的实际需求,基于Java设计并开发动车组单车数字化调试系统,系统具备多种接口,与厂内质量管理系统(QMS)和制造运营管理系统(MOM)等系统融会贯通,提高生产流程的时效性;通过数字化调试系统与车辆MVB/ECN总线、数字化装备建立实时通讯,实现车辆数据、装备数据的实时采集及数字化作业;系统将纸质文件及调试数据数字化、无纸化,在节约资源的同时,有效提升统计和分析生产调试数据的能力。
EMU single car commissioning is an important prerequisite to ensure safe and efficient operation after vehicle marshalling. Combined with actual needs of a locomotive manufacture in China, this paper designs and develops a digital commissioning system for EMU single car based on Java. The system has a variety of interfaces, which integrates with Quality Management System(QMS) and Manufacturing Operations Management(MOM) in the factory to improve the timeliness of the production process. Real-time communication is established with vehicle MVB/ECN bus and digital equipment through digital commissioning system, and the real-time acquisition and digital operation of vehicle data and equipment data are realized. The system makes the paper files and commissioning data to be digitalized and paperless and effectively improves the ability of statistics and production commissioning data analyzing while saving resources.
