摘要
本文介绍了轨道交通装备行业中产品树及其构型码的运用现状,简要分析了相关标准在应用实施中存在的不足。针对轨道交通装备的产品设计、运维等典型应用场景和特点,提出一套产品结构树及其编码的新型解决方案。该方案具有较强的规则性,既满足了轨道交通车辆整车和零部件的数字化管理,易于企业常用的设计和管理软件实现其算法,同时也对智能装备、智慧业务的编码提供了参考,为现行企业、行业、国家的编码技术标准的制、修订提供了参考,为融合相关IEC标准提出了建设性意见。
This paper introduces the application status of product tree and configuration code in rail transit equipment industry, and briefly analyzes the shortcomings of relevant standards in application implementation. Aiming at the typical application scenarios and characteristics of product design, operation and maintenance of rail transit equipment, a new solution of product structure tree and its coding is proposed. The scheme has strong regularity, which not only meets the digital management of rail transit vehicles and components, but also is easy for the design and management software commonly used by enterprises to realize its algorithm. At the same time, it also provides a reference for the coding of intelligent equipment and intelligent business, provides a reference for the formulation and revision of the current coding technical standards of the enterprises, industries and countries, and puts forward constructive suggestions for the integration of relevant IEC standards.
