语言钥匙论之语言观指的是以习近平近年在系列国际语言文化交流场合所提出的“掌握一种语言就是掌握了通往一国文化的钥匙”“语言是了解一个国家最好的钥匙”等为代表的有关语言的功能、语言的本质认识的新理念概括而来的一种新的语言观念。语言钥匙论之语言观的理论基础主要是传统的语言工具论之语言观,它是在继承传统的、以语言工具论之语言观为代表的相关语言哲学思想的合理内核基础上的一次对语言的功能、语言本质认识的开新、深化与提升,不仅在理论上具有重要的语言哲学意义与价值,而且在实践上对于相关国际文化交流传播与合作、相关语言文化的学习教育等也具有重要的启发、指导意义与价值。

Key theory of language refers to a linguistic concept,which is based on Xi Jinping's remarks in a series of international language and cultural exchange.He proposed that“to master a language is to master the key to the culture of a country.”and“Language is the best key to understand a country”and other representative of the new ideas about the function of language,the essence of language to summarize a new concept of language.The main theoretical basis of the key theory of language view is the language of the traditional theory of language tools.It is in the traditions,represented by language tool theory of language view of language philosophy in the rational core on the basis of a function of language,and open a new nature language understanding.It has important meaning of language philosophy and value,and in practice,it also has important enlightenment,guiding significance and value for international cultural communication and cooperation,related language and culture learning and education.
