摘要 本文主要是针对BUCK电路影响接收机灵敏度原因的探讨。首先介绍BUCK电路工作原理,通过控制开关将直流转化成交流信号,通过电感充放电,将输入电源直流信号转换为低压直流信号,其转换效率大于80%。然后介绍BUCK电路EMI起因:BUCK构成电环路;器件寄生产生过冲或下冲产生的干扰,振铃频率形成的干扰。接着介绍BUCK电路谐波干扰通信电路灵敏度原理。最后介绍怎样解决BUCK电路干扰通信电路接收灵敏度方法。希望为相关人员提供一些思路和方法。 This paper mainly discusses the reason why BUCK circuit affects receiver sensitivity. Firstly, the working principle of BUCK circuit is introduced. DC signal is converted to AC signal by control switch, DC signal of input power is converted to low voltage DC signal by induction charging and discharging, and the conversion efficiency is more than 80%. Then the causes of EMI of BUCK circuit are introduced: BUCK constitutes circuit;The interference caused by the device parasitic overrush or downrush and the interference caused by the ring frequency. Next, the sensitivity principle of BUCK circuit harmonic interference communication circuit is introduced.Finally, how to solve the BUCK circuit interference communication circuit reception sensitivity method is introduced.I hope to provide some ideas and methods for related personnel.
