摘要
以某电动汽车开发中出现的BCM内雨刮控制电路串电导致按遥控中控门锁不工作、电源总开关断开后收音机仍可正常工作这2种故障现象为例,进行串电详细分析和改进说明,提出这类串电现象分析的一般方法。
This paper gives a brief analysis and improvement of electric circuit crossover, taking the two kinds of fault phenomena that occurred in the development of some electric vehicles: the crossover of wiper control circuit in the BCM causes the remote control door lock not to work, and the radio could still normally work after the main power switch is turned off. Also the general methods of these crossover phenomena are proposed.
