摘要
高等学校药理学科研素养是药学本科生综合素质的重要体现,是药理学创新人才培养的关键要素。本文从基本素养和创新素养两个方面对药理学创新人才科研素养的丰富内涵进行了诠释,从基本操作性实验、药理专业性实验、药理综合设计性实验、新药研究开发、临床合理用药等五个部分对培养药理学创新人才的科研素养进行了论述,为药理学创新人才科研素养的培养提供了思路,为药学创新人才的培养提供了支撑。
The scientific literacy in pharmacology is one of the most representative qualification of the comprehensive quality of undergraduates in college of pharmacy, and the key element of the cultivation of innovative talents in pharmacology. The rich connotation of scientific literacy of innovative talents in pharmacology was interpreted from basic literacy and innovative literacy. Furthermore, the scientific literacy of cultivating innovative talents in pharmacology was put forward from five parts of basic experiments, pharmacological professional experiments, pharmacological comprehensive design experiments, new drug research and rational drug use in clinical, which can provide ideas for the cultivation of scientific literacy of innovative talents in pharmacology and support the cultivation of innovative talents in pharmacy.
