摘要
“构思—设计—实施—操作”(Conceive-Design-Implement-Operate,CDIO)是一种实现理论教育与实践教育紧密联系的行动框架,有助于学习者主动参与学习实践,可用于规范教师工作坊研修模式设计及其活动流程。基于此,文章在成人自我导向学习理论、活动理论和群体动力学理论的支持下,构建了CDIO框架下的教师工作坊研修模式。之后,文章选取西部欠发达地区S县开展CDIO框架下的教师工作坊研修活动,并以小学语文“红楼春趣”为研修课例,围绕主题探究问题解决的方法和策略,提升教师学科教学能力、信息技术应用能力和专业自主发展能力,从而验证了CDIO框架下的教师工作坊模式设计的应用效果,具有重要的理论意义和实践价值。
“Conceive-design-implement-operate”(CDIO) is an action framework to realize the close connection between theoretical education and practical education, which helps learners actively participate in learning and practice,and can be used to standardize the design and the activity flow of teacher workshop training model. Based on this, with the support of adult self-directed learning theory, activity theory and group dynamics theory, this paper constructed the teacher workshop training model under CDIO framework. Then, this paper selected S County, an underdeveloped area in western China, to carry out teacher workshop training activities under CDIO framework, and took the primary school Chinese language of “Spring Fun in Red Mansion” as a training case to explore the problem-solving methods and strategies around the theme, so as to improve teachers’ subject teaching ability, information technology application ability and professional independent development ability. Accordingly, the application effects of teacher workshop training model under CDIO framework were verified, which had important theoretical significance and practical value.
