摘要
针对传统加热炉存在的工作效率低、生产的产品质量较差以及能量消耗过多等问题,提出一种基于PLC控制器的加热炉炉温控制系统设计方案,采用全自动控制方式,实现对步进式加热炉的炉温进行有效控制,利用S7-300控制脉冲燃烧技术对加热炉不同区域的实际温度均进行检测,通过压力变送器与弹簧管压力充分结合的方式,实现对炉膛压力的检测。为保证用户通过该系统对数据进行实时监测和处理,在该程序内建立人机界面,将该系统应用于轧钢行业,有利于推动轧钢行业发展。
Aiming at the problems of low efficiency, poor product quality and excessive energy consumption of traditional heating furnace, a heating furnace temperature control system design scheme based on PLC controller is proposed.The automatic control method is adopted to effectively control the temperature of the stepping furnace.S7-300 control pulse combustion technology is used to test the actual temperature in different areas of the furnace, and the pressure in the furnace is fully combined with the pressure of the pressure transmitter and the pressure of the spring tube.In order to ensure that users can monitor and process the data in real time through the system, the man-machine interface is established in the program, and the system is applied to the steel rolling industry, which is beneficial to promote the development of the steel rolling industry.
