基于数据挖掘技术的工业炉运行优化方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 以数据挖掘技术为基础设计了工业炉运行优化方法,基于关联规则挖掘明确工业炉运行优化最佳值,由实际运行数据着手,以数据挖掘技术处理分析设备运行状态的机组运行数据,从而为运行员工提供不同负荷状态下机组的最优运行方式和参数控制。在此基础上,对工业炉运行优化方法进行了实践应用分析,结果发现,利用关联规则挖掘确定的工业炉运行参数最佳值应用在工业炉运行中,可显著提升工业炉运行效率,还可促使工业炉运行效率维持在较高且较稳定的水平状态,同时可在很大程度上降低氮氧化合物排放量。 Based on the data mining technology, this paper designs the operation optimization method of industrial furnace, defines the optimal value of industrial furnace operation optimization based on association rule mining, starts with the actual operation data, and processes and analyzes the unit operation data of equipment operation state with data mining technology, so as to provide the operation staff with the optimal operation mode and parameter control of the unit under different load states.On this basis, the practical application analysis of industrial furnace operation optimization method is carried out.The results show that the application of the optimal value of industrial furnace operation parameters determined by association rule mining in industrial furnace operation can significantly improve the operation efficiency of industrial furnace and maintain the operation efficiency of industrial furnace at a high and stable level, at the same time, it can reduce NOemissions to a great extent.
