High efficiency recovery and utilization technology and application of HRS low temperature waste heat

摘要 介绍了中原黄金冶炼厂HRS低温位热回收工艺,并分析了影响HRS产汽量的因素,通过增加HRS换热器对HRS外串高温硫酸所带热量进行高效回收利用,可多回收蒸汽43600 t/a,创造经济效益425.10万元/a,节约标准煤1714.57 t/a,减少CO_(2)排放量4492.17 t/a,减少SO_(2)排放量14.57 t/a,减少NO_(x)排放量12.69 t/a,该技术低碳环保,节能减排成效显著。 The low temperature potential heat recovery process of HRS in Zhongyuan Gold Smelter is introduced and the factors affecting the steam production of HRS are analyzed.By adding the HRS heat exchanger to efficiently recycle the heat carried by the high-temperature sulphuric acid outside the HRS,43600 tons of steam can be recovered,creating an economic benefit of 4.251 million yuan,saving 1714.57 tons of standard coal,reducing 4492.17 tons of CO_(2) emissions,14.57 tons of SO_(2) emissions,and 12.69 tons of NO_(x) emissions each year.This technology is low-carbon and environmentally friendly,with remarkable energy conservation and emission reduction effects.
