硫酸装置腐蚀状态及防腐措施研究

Study on corrosion status and anti-corrosion measures of sulphuric acid plant

对某石化企业硫酸装置主要设备与管线开展腐蚀调查,通过工艺分析、宏观检测、超声波测厚、XRD成分分析、电化学测试等手段,对硫酸装置设备管道的腐蚀状态和腐蚀原因进行研究。结果表明,硫酸装置中塔器与储罐类容器存在轻微腐蚀,塔器比储罐腐蚀严重,塔器中下部位腐蚀程度比上部严重;硫酸管道腐蚀减薄严重,腐蚀部位集中在阳极保护辅助阴极附近。结合生产工艺与腐蚀机理揭示装置腐蚀原因,并给出了防腐措施与建议,为硫酸装置的防腐管理提供指导意见。

The corrosion investigation was carried out on the main equipment and pipelines of sulphuric acid plant in a petrochemical enterprise.By means of process analysis,macro inspection,ultrasonic thickness measurement,XRD composition analysis and electrochemical test,the corrosion state and causes of equipments and pipelines in sulphuric acid plant were studied.The results show that the tower and storage tank in the sulphuric acid plant is slightly corroded.The corrosion of the tower is more serious than that of the storage tank,and the corrosion degree of the middle and lower parts of the tower is more serious than that of the upper part.Sulphuric acid pipeline is severely corroded.The pipeline near the auxiliary cathode of anode protection is the most severely corroded.Combined with the production process and corrosion mechanism,the corrosion causes of the unit are revealed.The anti-corrosion measures and suggestions are given to provide guidance for the anti-corrosion management of sulphuric acid unit.
