摘要
介绍了废酸裂解装置中裂解炉火焰检测器的工作原理,对火焰检测信号不稳定的原因进行了分析,并提出了解决措施。火焰检测器的安装位置、裂解炉内的环境、酸性气成分、进料温度和助燃空气风量是火焰检测信号稳定性的重要影响因素,通过调整火焰检测器的安装位置、控制压缩空气的入口流量、提高酸性气中的H2S浓度、控制燃烧室的炉膛温度和进料温度、合理调节配风比,并对检测设备和操作参数不断进行改进,解决了火焰检测信号不稳定的问题,为装置的平稳运行奠定了基础。
The working principle of the flame detector of the cracking furnace in the waste acid cracking unit is introduced,the causes of the unstable flame detection signal are analyzed,and the solutions are put forward.The installation position of the flame detector,the environment in the cracking furnace,the acid gas composition,the feed temperature and the combustion air volume are important factors affecting the stability of the flame detection signal.By adjusting the installation position of the flame detector,controlling the inlet flow of compressed air,increasing the hydrogen sulfide concentration in the acid gas,controlling the furnace temperature and feed temperature of the combustion chamber,reasonably adjusting the air distribution ratio,and continuously improving the detection equipment and operating parameters,the problem of unstable flame detection signal is solved,which lays a foundation for the stable operation of the device.
