摘要
介绍了海南炼化采用改良热氮吹硫工艺对2#硫回收装置进行停工保护的先导性试验情况,总结了该工艺的关键技术控制要点,并对操作中出现的问题进行了分析,提出了解决措施。改良热氮吹硫工艺将热氮吹硫工艺与传统的瓦斯吹硫工艺相结合,使用烟气和氮气混合进行停工吹硫,提高了载气量,缩短了吹硫时间,在保证燃料气当量燃烧的前提下,控制混合气体中的氧含量,实现了停工保护过程吹硫和催化剂钝化的同时进行,排放烟气中SO_(2)质量浓度保持在0~1.0 mg/m^(3)。
The pilot test of shutdown protection of 2^(#) sulphur recovery unit by using the improved hot nitrogen sulphur blowing process in Hainan Refinery is introduced,the key technical control points of the process are summarized,the problems in the operation are analyzed,and the solutions are put forward.The improved hot nitrogen sulphur blowing process combines the hot nitrogen sulphur blowing process with the traditional gas sulphur blowing process.The flue gas and nitrogen are mixed for blowing off residual sulphur during shutdown,which improves the gas carrying capacity and shortens the time of blowing off residual sulphur.On the premise of ensuring the equivalent combustion of fuel gas,the oxygen content in the mixed gas is controlled to realize the simultaneous sulphur blowing and catalyst passivation in the shutdown protection process.The mass concentration of SO_(2) in the discharged flue gas is maintained at 0-1.0 mg/m^(3).
