摘要
为验证微波膨胀梗丝在卷烟中的应用特性,以梗丝填充性能、保湿性能、结构分布、常规化学成分、致香成分、感官质量、主流烟气等特性为衡量指标,将微波膨胀梗丝与传统梗丝进行了比较分析。结果表明微波膨胀梗丝具有以下特性:①填充性能、保湿性能提高,填充值较传统梗丝提高19.3%,解湿状态下质量变化较传统梗丝低,有利于控制掺配质量和节约能源。②结构均匀性好,抗造碎能力强,有利于提高梗丝掺配均匀性和减少损耗。③致香成分总量高于传统梗丝,香气特征与口感特征等感官质量优于传统梗丝。④较传统梗丝,每支焦油量降低0.90 mg、烟碱量降低0.016 mg、一氧化碳量降低2.36 mg,具有较好的降焦减害作用。
To evaluate the characteristics of microwave expanded stem in cigarettes,microwave expanded stem was compared with traditional stem in terms of filling value,moisture retentivity,structural distribution,routine cigarette smoke chemical components,aroma components,cigarette sensory quality and mainstream smoke.The results showed that:Comparing with traditional stem,1)the filling value of microwave expanded stem increased by 19.3%;the weight change of microwave expanded stem in dehumidification state was lower,indicating that the moisture retentivity of microwave expanded stem was higher,which was conducive to blending quality control and energy saving;2)microwave expanded stem had better structural uniformity and stronger shatter resistance,which was conducive to stem blending uniformity and consumption reduction;3)the total amount of aroma components in microwave expanded stem was higher,and the sensory quality of aroma and taste characteristics was better;4)the releases of tar,nicotine and carbon monoxide from microwave expanded stem decreased by 0.90,0.016 and 2.36 mg respectively,which could be used to control the releases of these chemical components.
