肌骨超声引导下针刀与常规针刀治疗膝骨关节炎的效果比较

Comparison of therapeutic effects between muscle bone ultrasound-guided akupotomy and conventional akupotomy in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis

目的比较肌骨超声引导下针刀与常规针刀治疗膝骨关节炎(KOA)的效果。方法选取2019年3月至2021年10月就诊于石家庄市中医院康复科100例KOA患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组(50例)与研究组(50例)。对照组行常规针刀治疗,研究组行肌骨超声引导下针刀治疗。比较两组治疗前后西安大略和麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎指数(WOMAC)评分、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、生活质量评分与治疗后临床疗效。结果治疗后,两组WOMAC评分较治疗前均降低,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组VAS评分较治疗前均降低,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组生活质量评分较治疗前均升高,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肌骨超声引导下针刀治疗KOA的效果优于常规针刀,可进一步改善患者膝关节功能,还可减轻膝关节疼痛程度,并提高生活质量,避免损伤健康肌肉肌腱组织。

Objective To compare the efficacy of muscle bone ultrasound-guided akupotomy and traditional akupotomy in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods A total of 100 patients with KOA in the Department of Rehabilitation,Shijiazhuang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2019 to October 2021 were selected as the research object,they were divided into control group(50 cases)and study group(50 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional akupotomy,and the study group was treated with akupotomy under the guidance of muscle bone ultrasound.The Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis index(WOMAC)score,visual analog scale(VAS)score,quality of life score and clinical effects after treatment were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the WOMAC scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life scores of the two groups were increased than those before treatment,and the study group was higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the efficacy of the study group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of muscle bone ultrasound-guided akupotomy in the treatment of KOA is better than that of conventional akupotomy.It can further improve the knee function,reduce the degree of knee pain and improve the quality of life,and avoid damaging healthy muscles and tendons.
