肿瘤热疗进展的系统回顾

摘要 既往测温停留体表,未涉及脏腑温度范围,控温流于目测,未涉智能量化。无损测温热疗具有微创或无创的优势,如何精确测温调控热疗、发挥热疗的独特长处是个热点。本文通过查阅有关肿瘤热疗的最新文献,归纳、整理、总结出一些肿瘤热疗的思路和方法,如肿瘤的精准热疗可以通过质子共振频率-磁共振质子波谱、磁共振引导结合激光诱导热治疗、Sigma-HyperPlan等高端科技来规划。通过这样回顾热疗的发展进程,本文阐明了肿瘤热疗的内在规律,了解既往的热疗原理和方法,为日后的创新思路提供借鉴。 Previously,temperature check only reaches a body surface but not organic scope,and temperature is controlled only by vista but not intelligent quantization.Harmless temperature measurement is minimal or none invasive in advantage,how to monitor thermotherapy control by examining temperature accurately as to take advantage of thermotherapy is a hot topic.This paper summarizes some ideas and methods of tumor hyperthermia by reviewing the latest literature on tumor hyperthermia.Precise hyperthermia for tumors,for example,can be planned through advanced technologies such as proton resonance frequency shift-magnetic resonance thermal imaging,magnetic resonance-guided,laser-induced thermal therapy,and Sigma-HyperPlan.This panper depicts the natural regulation of thermal treatment is by historically reviewing the developing procedure about thermal treatment,the principle and solution of thermal treatment in past is well learnt,and critical thinking is provided by now.
