摘要
目的 研究三种不同牙科膜片聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯-1,4-环己烷二甲醇酯(PETG)牙科膜片,热塑性聚氨酯(TPU)牙科膜片和多层复合牙科膜片的力学性能,为临床医师和病人选择不同牙科膜片材料制成的无托槽正畸矫治器提供数据支持.方法 制备不同牙科膜片的拉伸试样,采用万能材料试验机进行拉伸实验和应力松弛实验,对实验曲线的力学数据(弹性模量、拉伸屈服强度、拉伸屈服延伸率、应力松弛性能)进行比较分析.结果 在三种不同牙科膜片中,TPU牙科膜片的拉伸屈服强度和拉伸屈服延伸率最好,多层复合牙科膜片的弹性模量和应力松弛性能最好(P<0.05).结论 不同牙科膜片具有不同的力学性能,在选择牙科膜片时应根据实际情况选择不同材料,综合力学性能而言,多层复合牙科膜片性能高于TPU牙科膜片性能,TPU牙科膜片性能高于PETG牙科膜片性能.
Objective To investigate the mechanical properties of three diferent dental membranes(PETG dental membranes,TPU dental membranes and mulilayered composite dental membranes),and to provide data support for doctors and patients to choose invisible appliances made of diferent dental membrane materiak.Methods Tensile secimens of diferent detal membranes were prepared,tesiletest and stres relaxation test were conducted through univeral materil testing machine,and the mechanical data of the experimental curve(elastic modulus,ensile yield strength,tensile yield elongation,stres relaxation performance)were compared and analyzed.Results Among the three dfferent dental membranes,TPU dental membranes had the best tensile yield strength and tensile yield elongation,multilayered composite dental membranes had the best elastic modulus and stres relaxation performance(P<0.05).Conclusion Diferent dental diaphragms have dfferent mechanical properties.When choosing dental diaphragms,diferent materials should be selected according to the actual ituation.In terms of overall perfomance,the performance of multilayered composite dental diaphragms is higher than that of TPU dental Diaphragm,the performance of TPU dental diaphragm is higher than PETG dental diaphragm.
