银屑病患者血清Lp-PLA2含量检测意义

目的 检测银屑病患者血清脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2(Lp-PLA2)含量,分析其与银屑病以及银屑病伴发心血管疾病的关系.方法 选取2018年3月至2021年3月舟山医院进行诊治的34例银屑病患者作为研究对象,同时选取34例其他皮肤病患者及34例健康体检者作为对照.银屑病患者入院后在治疗前采集血液样本.对照组在入院或体检当天采集血液样本.均使用化学发光免疫夹心法检测血清Lp-PLA2水平,并进行统计学分析.结果 银屑病组血清Lp-PLA2含量高于其他皮肤病组和健康对照组(P<0.05),后两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).性别与Lp-PLA2含量有一定相关性(r=0.322,P=0.047);代谢指标中血糖水平、血脂水平与Lp-PLA2含量存在显著相关性,其中HDL-C与其呈显著负相关(r=-0.411,P=0.008).年龄与Lp-PLA2含量呈正相关(r=0.338,P=0.040).结论 银屑病患者血清中Lp-PLA2含量显著升高,有可能增加患者心血管疾病的发生风险.

Objective To test the serum content of lipoprotein-related phospholipase A2(Lp-PLA2)in patients with psoriasis,and to invesigate the relationship with psoriasis and cardiovascular disease associated with psoriasis.Methods 34 patients with psoriasis who were diagnosed and treated in Zhoushan Hospital from March 2018 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects,and 34 patients with other skin diseases and 34 healthy subjects were selected as controls.Blood samples of patients with psoriasis were collected before treatment.Blood samples of the control group were collected on the day of admssion or physical examination.Chemiluminescence immunosandwich method was used to detect serum LpPLA2 level,and statistical analysis was perfomed.Results The content of serum Lp-PLA2 in patients with psoriasis were higher than those in other skin disease group and healthy control group(P<0.05),and the diferencebetweenthe ltter two groups was not staistilly ignificant(P>0.05),.Gender has a certain crelation with the content and activity of Lp-PLA2(r=0.322,P=0.047).There was a significant correlation between blood glucose level and lipase level in metabolic indicators and the content of Lp-PLA2,among which HDL-C was significantly negatively correlated with Lp-PLA2(r=-0.411,P=0.008).Age was positively correlated with the content of Lp-PLA2(r=0.338,P=0.040).ConclusionThe content of Lp-PLA2 in the serum of patients with psoriasis were significantly increased,which may increase the risk of cardiovascular disease in patients.
