智慧护理多学科团队联合精准化护理模式在重症新冠肺炎患者救治中的实施

目的 智慧护理多学科团队(MDT)联合精准化护理模式在重症新冠肺炎患者救治中的构建与实施.方法 依托智慧护理平台,成立MDT联合精准化护理模式,实现对新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)患者医疗资源的优化整合;构建由呼吸科、感染科、重症医学科、康复科、精神卫生科、营养科等各专科骨干组成的MDT,制定个体化护理诊疗计划,精准施策.结果 本医疗队接管患者无转危重症,无死亡;该模式运行前,广泛性焦虑筛查量表(GAD-7)(9.27±2.74),匹兹堡睡眠质量指数问卷(PSQI)(7.60±3.01),隔离区患者满意度为80%;该模式运行后,GAD-7(3.47±1.41),PSQI(3.93±1.53),隔离区患者满意度为100%,较运行前有明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 该模式的实施有效的发挥了团队的多学科资源优势,为护理人员在重症新冠肺炎患者救治时提供参考.

Objective To construct and implement the inteligent nursing multidisciplinary team(MDT)combined with precision nursing mode in the treatment of severe COVID-19 patients.Methods Based on the inteligent nursing platform,the MDT combined with precision nursing model was established to realize the optimal integration of medical resources for COVID-19 patients.MDT had been established by the departments of respiratory medicine,infectious diseases,critical care medicine,rehabilitation,mental health and nutrition,etc.and individualized nursing diagnosis and treatment plans had been formulated with precise measures.Results None of the patients were in critical condition and none died.Before the operation of this mode,the patients'satisfaction in isolation area was 80%with the Generalized Anxiety Screening Scale(GAD-7)(9.27±2.74)and Pitsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)(7.60±3.01).After the operation of this mode,the satisfaction of patients in isolation area was 100% with the Generalized Anxiety Screening Scale(GAD-7)(3.47±1.41)and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)(3.93±1.53),which was significantly improved compared with before operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion The implementation of this mode effectively gives play to the mulidisciplinary resource advantages of the team,and provides reference for nursing staff in the treatment of severe COVID-19 patients.
