Progress of HPV Vaccines on Preventing the Recurrence of Cervical Lesions for Patients with High-Grade Squamous Intraepithelial Lesions after Conization

宫颈高级别上皮内病变有较高的风险进展为宫颈浸润癌。子宫颈锥形切除术是宫颈高级别上皮内病变的主要治疗方式,但术后仍存在人乳头瘤病毒(human papillomavirus,HPV)再感染及宫颈病变复发风险。本文将围绕该类患者进行宫颈锥形切除术前后接种HPV疫苗的具体时间节段对病变复发的影响进行分析阐述。

High-grade intraepithelial lesions of the cervix are prone to progress to invasive cervical carcinoma.Cervical conization is the main treatment for high-grade intraepithelial lesions,but there is still a risk of HPV reinfection and the recurrence of cervical lesions.We will analyze and elaborate on the impact of specific time period of HPV vaccination before and after cervical conization on lesion recurrence in such patients.
