摘要
铁死亡是一种新型的细胞死亡形式,主要是由于谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶的生物活力下降,以及脂质过氧化和活性氧积累引起的。它在细胞形态和生物化学方面与自噬和其他形式的细胞死亡有着显著的区别。越来越多的研究表明,大部分的肿瘤和神经病变与铁死亡有着密切的关系。通过增强或抑制细胞铁死亡的发生,将有助于调节铁死亡相关病变的产生与进展,此外,铁死亡在肿瘤免疫微环境中发挥着重要的作用。本文综述了铁死亡在癌症与免疫治疗领域的前沿研究进展,进一步阐明铁死亡与癌症免疫治疗之间的相互作用关系,以及参与癌症免疫治疗的相关机制,旨在为癌症与免疫治疗领域带来新的研究方向和思路。
Ferroptosis is a new form of cell death,which is mainly caused by the decline in the biological activity of glutathione peroxidase,lipid peroxidation and the accumulation of reactive oxygen species(ROS).It is significantly different from autophagy and other forms of cell death in terms of cell morphology and biochemistry.More and more studies have shown that most tumors and neuropathy are closely related to ferroptosis.It helps to regulate the occurrence and progression of ferroptosis-related diseases by enhancing or inhibiting the occurrence of cell ferroptosis.In addition,ferroptosis plays an important role in tumor immune microenvironment.This article reviews the latest research on ferroptosis and immunotherapy,and further clarifies the interaction between ferroptosis and tumor immunotherapy as well as the mechanism in which ferroptosis participates in tumor immunotherapy,in order to bring new directions and ideas for the research on tumor immunotherapy.
