摘要
多元铜基硫族半导体纳米晶由于其毒性低,带隙可调且光吸收系数较高等优点,在光电器件和生物应用等领域有着潜在的应用前景。大部分有关多元铜基硫族半导体纳米晶的研究主要集中在CuInS_(2)半导体纳米晶,而对CuGaS_(2)半导体纳米晶的研究相对较少。近年来,有关CuGaS_(2)纳米晶的研究逐渐活跃起来,目前的研究主要包括材料合成、发光性能及光电器件应用等。本文主要综述了近几年CuGaS_(2)半导体纳米晶的合成及基本表征,发光性能调控以及在发光二极管、光催化和太阳能电池等光电应用领域的应用研究,并对CuGaS_(2)纳米晶的发展所面临的挑战与前景进行了展望。
Multinary copper chalcogenide semiconductor nanocrystals have exhibited potential applications in the optoelectronic devices and biological labels due to their inherent advantages including less toxicity,tunable optical bandgap as well as their high absorption coefficient and so on.However,most of the research on multinary copper chalcogenide nanocrystals was mainly focused on the CuGaS_(2)nanocrystals,less attention was paid to the study of CuGaS_(2) nanocrystals.In the past few years,the research on CuGaS_(2) nanocrystals became active,which mainly included the synthesis,luminescent properties and optoelectronic applications.This paper mainly summarizes the synthesis,characterization,tunable luminescence and their optoelectronic applications in light-emitting didoes,photocatalysis and solar cells and so on.Finally,the the existing challenges and future perspectives of CuGaS_(2) nanocrystals are proposed.
