卓越教师培养模型的理论构建与实践探索

摘要 卓越教师培养已经成为国内外教师教育改革的共同价值取向。立足学生自主专业选择与分流,遵循师范生专业成长规律,构建出“三次选择、两次分流”卓越教师培养模型,以培养乐教、适教、善教的高素质创新型教师。基于培养模型展开实践探索,取得初步成效,也明确了进一步改革的方向。未向未来需要多措并举,强化实证分析研究;反思跟进,构建质量保障机制;拓展延伸,探索本硕一体化培养。 The cultivation of outstanding teachers has become the common value orientation of teacher education reform at home and abroad.Based on students’autonomous selection of major and program streaming,and in line with the law of the professional growth of normal school students,this paper constructs a model of“three choices with two times of streaming”for cultivating outstanding innovative teachers who enjoy teaching,is fit for and skilled in teaching.Some initial results have been achieved in our practice based on the cultivation model.Further reform should be made in the following aspects:taking comprehensive measures to strengthen empirical analysis and study;reflecting on and following up the process to construct a quality assurance mechanism;extending the length of study to explore successive undergraduate and postgraduate programs.
